GC-MS derivatization [ 개요 ] MS 가 상용화되면서 LC/MS 나 GC/MS 가 각광받기 시작하였다. MS 는 기존의검출기에 비해 sensitivity 와 selectivity 가 뛰어난 검출기로 알려져 있다.LC/MS 와 GC/MS 는 그 이동상에서 차이를 보이는데 LC 는 liquid 를 GC 는gas 를 사용한다는 점인데 LC/MS 는 이동상이 액체이기 때문에 오염가능성이높고 GC 에 비해 그 이동상의 선택에 많은 제한이 따른다. GC/MS analysis에서는 유도체화를 많이 이용하는데, 유도체화를 시킬 경우 비휘발성 물질은 휘발성 물질로 전환이 가능하고 GC chormatogram상 분리능의 향상을 가져오고 MS에서 특정 이온을 생성시킴으로서 화합물의 정성분석이 아주 용이하며 그 감도도 매우 우수하다. 유도체화에..
